Hail Damage Repair
The least invasive route. Your factory paint, preserved.
Hybrid Repair
PDR plus refinishing on the same vehicle. Smaller repair areas, more original paint preserved.
Drag to see the difference.
Some damage we can correct without ever touching paint. When a panel needs refinishing, we match the OEM finish exactly. Either way, the goal is the same: nobody can tell it ever happened.

Lifetime warranty. An advocate, not a vendor.
Free photo estimates. No shop visit required.
Most repairs in Kalispell start the same way: a customer takes a few photos with a phone, sends them over, and we send back a written estimate within one business day. No waiting room, no diagnostic fee, no obligation. When you are ready to book the repair, we coordinate with your insurance and schedule a drop-off time that works for your week.
Send photos
Snap four or five photos of the damage from different angles. Use our photo estimate page and add a quick note about what happened. That is all we need to scope the repair.
Get a written estimate
A real estimator (not an algorithm) reviews your photos and writes up an itemized estimate with OEM parts, manufacturer labor times, and any required ADAS calibration. You see the same numbers your insurer sees.

Pick a drop-off date that fits your schedule. We handle the insurance back-and-forth, run any supplements that come up during tear-down, and call you when the keys are ready.
Why OEM-spec repair actually matters.
An OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) repair uses the parts your vehicle was engineered around and the procedures the manufacturer publishes for that exact year, make, and model. Aftermarket parts are reverse-engineered approximations: thinner steel, looser tolerances, different crumple behavior. On a modern vehicle with sensors and crash structures designed to work together, that difference is the difference between a repair and a compromise.
Every collision job at our Kalispell shop is documented against the manufacturer position statements and OEM repair procedures. ADAS systems (radar, cameras, lane-keep, blind-spot) are calibrated on-site. When a panel cannot be saved with paintless dent repair, we refinish with factory-matched paint and seal the back-side e-coat the way the OEM did at the factory.
Covered for as long as you own the vehicle.
Every repair we deliver carries a lifetime warranty on workmanship. If anything we touched is not right — paint adhesion, panel alignment, refinish color, dent rework — bring it back. We do not put time limits on doing the job correctly, and the warranty transfers nothing complicated: as long as you own the vehicle, the repair is covered. It is the same standard we have held since 1993, and it is the reason most of our work still comes from word-of-mouth in the Flathead Valley.
Insurance, OEM parts, lifetime warranty.
A quick read on the questions customers ask before they choose a shop. For the full list, see our insurance and repair FAQ.
Do I have to use my insurance company's shop?
No. Montana law gives you the right to pick the repair facility. If an adjuster steers you toward a "preferred" shop, you are not obligated to use it. We work with every insurance company on your behalf — no contracts, no shortcuts.
OEM parts versus aftermarket — does it really matter?
Yes. OEM parts are built by the original manufacturer to the original engineering tolerances. Aftermarket parts vary in steel grade, fit, and crash behavior. On modern vehicles the difference can also affect ADAS calibration. We default to OEM-spec on every repair.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Workmanship on every repair we perform, for as long as you own the vehicle. Paint adhesion, panel alignment, dent rework, refinish color match — if it is something we touched and it is not right, bring it back and we will make it right.
How long does a typical collision repair take?
A small fender repair can be a few days; a larger structural repair with insurance supplements can run two to three weeks. We give you a realistic timeline with the written estimate, and we call with status updates so you are never guessing.
Word of mouth, since day one.
After a hailstorm hammered my truck, three other shops told me it was totaled. Dent Magic brought it back to factory condition with the original paint. Unreal work.
They explained every step, never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need, and dealt with my insurance directly. Lifetime warranty and a perfect repair.
I’ve sent three vehicles their way. Every single one came back like nothing ever happened. The bar for collision work in the Flathead.
