OUR WORK
Our work ranges from paintless dent repair to complex body repairs. The majority of jobs going through our shop are quicker repairs, with most vehicles are in and out in less than a week. We live in Montana so we see a lot of damage caused by slick roads and animals. This allows us to have a constant flow of work through the shop, utilize our space as efficiently as possible and not to be bogged down with long term grueling repairs.

We are an independent family owned and operated shop, and have been at it for the last 29 years. We care about the people that we work with and provide a great working environment with positive attitudes, hard work ethic, and the opportunity to grow and have fun. We work as a team, support each other and push each other to excel in our trade, so that we can all enjoy our time at work, provide well for our families, and serve our customers to the best of our abilities. We are an hourly pay shop, because the best way to serve our customers and our employees is to work as a team to produce the best repairs possible.
COMPENSATION
We offer great pay to our workers for great work. Along with that we offer paid vacation days, paid sick days, health insurance, 6 yearly paid holidays, matching 401K and other incentives/bonuses.
Current Openings
Work Responsibilities: Depending on the experience of the person hired, you will begin with basic washing and cleaning and then be taught polishing, scratch removal, denibbing/finessing fresh paint and other skills within the shop. You will be responsible to keep your space clean, be timely in all aspects of your job, be respectful and to be present to perform your job.
COMPENSATION (wages + benefits): up to $65,000/year
Work Responsibilities: Depending on the experience of the person hired, you will be expected to know how to repair cosmetic panel damage, block body filler efficiently, understand how to read a repair plan, disassemble vehicles in an orderly fashion, reassemble vehicles correctly and in an efficient manner, cut, weld, section in panels, fit and align new panels and understand safety systems in new vehicles. You will be responsible to keep your space clean, be timely in all aspects of your job, be respectful and to be present to perform your job.
COMPENSATION (wages + benefits): up to $150,000/year
Work Responsibilities: Depending on the experience of the person hired, you will begin with basic sanding/scuffing, cleaning and masking of panels. More advanced skills will include priming, blocking of primer, mixing of paint, spraying of paint, denibbing/finessing fresh paint and other skills within the shop. You will be responsible to keep your space clean, be timely in all aspects of your job, be respectful and to be present to perform your job.
COMPENSATION (wages + benefits): up to $85,000/year
