What this program is
Dent Magic sends text messages about a repair you have contacted us about. That is the whole program. It covers:
- Drop-off dates we have available, so you can pick one
- Confirmation once your appointment is booked
- A reminder before your appointment
- Notice that your vehicle is finished and ready for pickup
- A request for missing information if we need it to schedule you
We do not send marketing, promotions, or sales offers on this number.
How we collect your consent
There is exactly one way to join this messaging program: you tell us on the phone that we may text you. We do not add anyone from a purchased list, a referral, a web form, or any other source.
When you call Dent Magic at (406) 755-4112 to report hail damage, our intake agent collects your vehicle and contact details. After taking your mobile number, the agent asks for permission to text you, word for word:
"Can I text you at that number to get your repair scheduled? You'd get appointment and reminder texts from Dent Magic. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP any time to opt out."
You must answer yes. If you say no, say you are not sure, or ask us to call instead, we record that as a decline and reach you by phone — and we do not ask again later in the call. Silence or a pause is never treated as agreement.
When you agree, we record the affirmative answer, the date and time, and the phone number on your customer record, alongside the call itself. Nothing is sent to you before that consent is recorded.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or repair, and declining does not affect your repair, your place in the schedule, or anything else.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies. For a typical repair you can expect roughly two to five messages: a scheduling offer, a confirmation, a reminder, and a ready-for-pickup notice. We do not send recurring messages once your repair is closed.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Dent Magic does not charge you for these texts, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates do apply. Check your plan if you are unsure.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you immediately. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your repair — we will simply reach you by phone instead. To start again later, reply START or just ask us.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (406) 755-4112 during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm, Sat 8:00am–12:00pm). You can also use our contact form.
Your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties, and we never share it for marketing purposes. Your number is used to reach you about your repair and nothing else. Our messaging provider processes the messages on our behalf and is contractually barred from using your number for its own purposes.

Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives. If a drop-off date matters to you, call us to confirm rather than relying on a text.
Supported carriers
AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional and prepaid carriers in the United States. We text US mobile numbers only.
Changes
If we change how this messaging program works we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
